	The Orleans Northern Essex Community Partnership (ONECP) consists of representatives of scores of organizations that serve children, families and individuals, including several state agencies with area offices, the region’s non-profits service and advocacy organizations, three supervisory unions, schools, libraries, medical institutions, area businesses and community members concerned about the well-being of the citizens of the community. The mission of the ONECP supports the growth and development of the community through communication, collaboration and cooperation among the 150 individual members representing organizations devoted to the well being of the areas citizens. The prime strategy is to seek regional agreement on community needs and assets and to create effective methods for achieving desired Outcomes covering families, children and individuals. The ONE Partnership also provides leadership and interagency communications for the delivery of services to the community.
