Roles
and Responsibilies of the ONECP Regional Advisory Group
Act 45, relating to Agency of Human Services reorganization, requires
the
convening of “12 regional advisory groups consisting of representatives
of advocacy groups, clients, and service providers interested in the restructuring
of the agency.”
Under the statute, the regional advisory groups shall expire on July 1,

This first phase of AHS reorganization requires us to conduct a thorough

received from the Regional Stakeholder
meeting.
3. Make recommendations on behalf
of the region for consideration and action at the statewide conference
Oct 28 and 29th.
4. Solicit discussion and input from AHS customers/program participants,
e.g., discussion groups, involvement in public meetings, etc.
5. Keep records of all meetings, participants, and information gathered
and post on website.
6. Select focused topics of special relevance, concern or urgency in the
region
relating to reorganization and improved customer service.

initiatives of AHS.
